Georgia police officers took action to detain a suspect wanted for crimes in another state.
On Nov. 27 around 7 p.m., Gwinnett Police Department officers were dispatched to locate a suspect by the Seneca Police Department, according to a press release.
The suspect, 20-year-old Emmanuel Williams, was wanted for three counts of attempted murder in South Carolina.
The video shows officers speeding through a series of traffic lights on a high-speed chase after Williams.
Once officers surrounded Williams, the video shows officers asking him to put his hands up as they exited the police vehicles.
As sirens blared, the officers were able to get Williams on the ground to detain him, the video shows.
Williams is then seen being taken off the ground while handcuffed. He is currently in custody at the Gwinnett County jail and is facing multiple charges, the jail records show. His bond is set at $11,700.

South Carolina attempted murder suspect will face charges
Williams is accused of shooting three people, including a 1-year-old, the Gwinnett Police Department press release said.
USA TODAY reached out to the Seneca Police Department for additional information.
Seneca is located in Oconee County, South Carolina, about 104 miles north of Gwinnett County, Georgia. Gwinnett County is part of the Atlanta metropolitan area.
Williams allegedly opened fire on his family during a domestic dispute, Fox 5 Atlanta and WYFF reported.
"During the altercation, the boyfriend, Emmanuel Williams, pulled out a gun and started shooting at the victims," Seneca Police Chief Casey Bowling told the news outlet.
Williams is accused of shooting his girlfriend, her mother and his 1-year-old child inside their apartment.
"To have a child shot is horrific,” Bowling said. “You never ever want to see a child hurt in any crime.”
Suspect faces charges in Georgia
The Gwinnett Police Department said that Williams is currently facing a number of charges, including felony fleeing to elude a police officer, willful obstruction of an office, reckless driving and driving on a suspended license, among other charges.
